IT'S GREAT TO HAVE YOU - YOU BELONG HERE.
Hello!
I’m Rach. Mama to a spirited toddler, wife to a brilliant woman and fur-parent to an extremely needy sausage dog.
I am a neuro-affirming mental health occupational therapist, exclusively supporting women and mothers (and their babies). My vision is to provide education and support to mothers as they navigate their new ‘occupation’ of motherhood: facilitating occupational balance, re-establishing identity, and nurturing the mother-baby dyad. I am devoted to empowering mothers to overcome the occupational challenges that arise during this critical time. I take a holistic approach, addressing the physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of each individual's experience. I use an integrated approach of psychological, somatic, and sensory practices, which are applied through a trauma-informed lens. My therapy is rooted in attachment, guided by biologically normal infant and maternal development, and honours maternal wisdom.
I can’t wait to meet you.
Love, Rach xxx
